ClearInvest asks you for no personal data: no account, no form, no newsletter. Calculator simulations run in your browser and are never sent to a server.

However, like any website, our host Vercel automatically records certain technical data during each visit:

• IP address (anonymised)
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and timestamp

This data is collected by Vercel for technical and security purposes only, in accordance with their privacy policy available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

ClearInvest has no access to this individual data. The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless audience measurement tool: it counts page views in aggregate, with no advertising identifier, no profiling, and no way to identify you. These measurements are neither sold nor used for advertising.

ClearInvest sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies. No Google Analytics-style tool is used.

A single technical cookie may be set: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose (FR, NL or EN) so the site is shown in that language again. It contains no personal data and serves no other purpose.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification, and erasure of data concerning you.

Since no personal data is collected directly by ClearInvest, these rights are primarily exercised with our host Vercel.
